We are on the free HubSpot package. We have been suspended from Email marketing since April 2020 due to high bounce rate (10%). Our marketing contact list had opted in to receive communication from us. It may be that the time between correspondence contacts moved and changed email address. Can anyone recommend steps on how to restore email health please? At the moment we're not in a position to upgrade onto the Starter package. Many thanks.
Unfortunately Hubspot is very strict about free plans. There is no return once you are suspended. You would have to open a new account. They are really intended for basic testing only and are not meant to be used in production for this reason. Even if you wanted to go to Starter, they would have you open a new account and start with that because they are unable to restore suspended free accounts.
If you are looking for other alternatives you may want to consider something like Mailchimp if all you need is the capability to send email, but even their free accounts are extremely restrictive and eventually you will need to move to paid plans to effectively use the application.
