Hubspot is attached to the Gmail account. The email sent to the Contact was tracked and attached to the Activity and Emails, but the reply from this Contact is not visible anywhere. How could we verify why the reply is not tracked for the Contact?

It looks like your question is around an email sent from a connected inbox, not a marketung emasil send. I would suggest posting your question in the Communty board for the HubSpot CRM > Sales Emails.
