Remove ban on emailing for account 7107312

I am a very new user to Hubspot.

I have not even sent an email yet, and already am not eligible to send emails.

And I do not have the ability to create a ticket to inquire about this issue.

Hello @Speaking-Srvs ,

This account was deemed ineligable for access to the marketing email tool by HubSpot's platform level protection features, and this decision cannot be appealed.  The marketing email tool will remain locked but you may still use other features within the HubSpot Free account, including 1:1 email sends through a connected inbox.
