Please Remove Email Suppression/Unsubscribe/Bounce for Internal Notification (email)

SOLVE

Hi HubSpot Team,

We are using the Free Plan. One of our internal email addresses, [email], stopped receiving form submission notifications since May 20.

  • The email is correctly listed in the form notification recipients

  • It was receiving notifications before without issue

  • Other internal recipients are receiving as expected

  • Spam/junk filters have been checked

  • We tested with a different email, which worked

We suspect that [the email] may have been added to the suppression list due to a previous bounce.

Could you please help remove this email address from the suppression list?

Hey @Prioocare just for future reference, this is a community of volunteers who try to help where possible, if you're experiencing an issue it's a good idea to try keep it to one post to ensure you can get as much visibility on it as possible. Opening multiple posts will usually mean multiple different people seeing each of them, different answers and just more work for both yourself and the community team to manage. 

 

If you want to turn back on form submission notifications however each of your users can do this through their notification settings. 

Most of the time what you're looking to achieve in HubSpot is already outlined in the knowledgebase too, so I'd always recomend checking the HubSpot knowledgebase for an answer to any question, in this case there's a great article here on how to update your notification settings.

SOLVE

Hi HubSpot Team,

One of our users may have accidentally clicked “Turn off form submission notifications” in a previous HubSpot email.

As a result, they are no longer receiving form submission notification emails from our portal.

 

Could you please help re-enable form submission notifications for the email address [email]?
