No longer getting email notifications or marketing emails
SOLVE
We moved our domain to a new host this week, since when we no longer get notifications when a user submits a Hubspot form, nor do we receive Hubspot marketing emails when we send test emails. It was previously all working fine.
Our forms & emails in HS are correctly configured and nothing has changed in Google Workspace (our email service). We're on a free version for the moment so Hubspot Support refuse to help.
I've read every HS article on this issue and nothing helps, so please let me know if you have any ideas, and can I politely ask that you don't post links to online articles as I think I've read them all! Thnx
I believe the issue was caused by the email bouncing on our end. I’ve looked into it and have now resolved the issue.
You should now start receiving notifications without any issues.

As I said, I've read every available piece of content on this issue. I'm an experienced HS user and have implemented Hubspot for several clients and have never experienced this. Very disappointed with Hubspot support who just keep sending me links to articles I've already read. I know in this instance we're only a free user but with this kind of support we're unlikely to upgrade.

Hey @TimRussell I know you said you read all the articles, but just to confirm have you read the guide on not receiving HubSpot emails? If so, have you allow-listed all the email domains and IP addresses outlined in that guide in your email system? Normally this happens with something like a firewall blocking the emails from being received. Have you also confirmed you user has email notifications enabled on the user profile and the email address setup for notifications matches the inbox email address?
