If these are internal emails you're not receiving however there's a full guide on how to allow-list HubSpot emails here.

Hi @MFlemmings,
Can you please provide more details than that? Are you getting any errors? Are these marketing emails or sales emails? If they are marketing emails, are your contacts that should be receiving them set as marketing contacts?
