Newsletters going to the spam folder. Which paid version is required to improve deliverability?

SOLVE

My company started a newsletter. However we realized most of the email were going to the recipients' spam folder. From the hubspost comunity, I understood that the issue is that we need to update our SPF record with the entry for the Hubspot servers. But in order to obtain Hubspot servers informations, a paid version of Hubspot marketing is required.  (If you have any other simpler advice, please don't hesitate to give it to me please!)

I need to know whether Hubspot technical information is shown with the Starter version or the "higher", more advanced versions are required.

Thank you.

Hi @Tommy_GH,

To connect your email sending domain, a Starter subscription is required, see the info box at the beginning of this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/connect-your-email-sending-domain

A DMARC policy can also be used with a Starter subscription: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/can-i-use-a-dmarc-policy-with-hubspot

I shared some additional tips on deliverability here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Email-Marketing-Tool/Email-goes-into-junk-spam-folder/m-p/472882
