We would like to send out a newsletter but are having problems sending it. The mails are sent by Hubspot, but are not delivered (Sent to 0, Delivered to 0) although they should be sent to at least 2 recipients in our test. Even if more recipients or a sending group are specified, the newsletter is not sent. We have linked our domain as an email sending domain and created the required DNS entries. This domain is also displayed as authenticated in Hubpsot. According to our domain provider, the information in the DNS is also correct. We sent the last successful newsletter at the end of July. The sender address was identical here and the mails all went to the recipients. There may be a problem with the mail changeover to DMARC and DKIM, but we can't confirm this because the DNS entries are all correct according to the domain provider. We also do not receive an error message in Hubspot itself.
@MJahnel im Einstellungstab der E-Mail hast du / habt ihr einen Abonnementtyp ausgewählt. Für diesen Abonnementtyp benötigen alle Empfänger einen Opt-in.
Danach müsstet ihr die E-Mail klonen und den Versand erneut starten.
(Meine Antwort ist keine Rechtsberatung. Ihr solltet logischerweise nur einen Opt-in / eine rechtliche Grundlage hinterlegen, wenn diese tatsächlich besteht.)
