For a few months now, our monthly newsletter has been marked as spam even by some of our corporate inboxes. The newsletter was set up one year ago by our Hubspot associate. We are using the "Best practises" and we only send out this mail once a month.
I read on this forum that something appears to have happened in Feb. 2020, as others seems to have a similar problem.
Is there a solution to this problem in another tread I haven´t seen yet?
I am more than happy to help here: Have you looked into your hard bounces, unsubscribes, and spam reports within each newsletter send out? Also are you including unengaged contacts in this?
This is only because these things can also affect your email deliverability and once removed, this should improve.
We hardly ever have any hard bounces, no unsubcribers and we are not sending to unengaged contacts. However, I found a problem with our DKIM. It was for some reason no longer correctly setup. We are working on this right now to see if that will solve the problem.
