My mail get "deactivated"

SOLVE

Hello
Why does my private email address always get "deactivated" shortly after I associate it to HubSpot?

It says: Your inbox has been disconnected from HubSpot
Your email inbox has been disconnected from your HubSpot account.

This connection is important because it allows you to send emails from HubSpot, automatically track and register emails from your inbox, and access certain tools like meetings and sequences. The most common reason this happens is because the password or permissions are changed.

It only takes a moment to reconnect to your inbox. Click to reconnect to your HubSpot account.

Hi @TanjaFive2one,

I had issues like this in the past and typically it's due to the provider of the email address. You would have to work with your IT to make sure that your provider is not set to time out after certain amout of time or set to require re-authentication on a regular basis.

Best regards!
