My email cannot send or Receive

I left my company for 2 years, so my email address bounced, on returning I am not able to send or receive emails in or out of Hubspot

it just says "emails to this address have bounced"

i have been back for over a year now

If I reply to a chain in hubpspot it goes into hubpost

excuse my lack of technical terms

any ideas?

Is your company on a paid subscription?

If so, reach out to HubSpot support in-app via chat or email (question mark item in the top menu) to request unbouncing your address.

no, its a trial, more the reason it sohuld not do things that put me off buying tbh

if this cannot be fixed we need to look at other apps

Just as I had written



I left my company for 2 years, so my emails bounced



On my return it will not email in our out

If I enter my email to forward an email to the SEND button will never work
as attached

All my emails I copy in BCC <>
[numbers_here]@bcc.hubspot.com and it never logs

When looking internally, I could see that your email was bounced, indeed.

I have just un-bounced it for you.

You should be all set now!
