Marketing emails. You can’t send emails right now.

We never used the Marketing Email tool but it's already suspended. How to unblock it?

Hi @vicocom, if you're using the free CRM, I don't think there's a way to unlock email again, unfortunately.

I would switch to a paid plan if that helped.

If you can't get your Marketing Email tool unlocked, you may be able to find email tools with a tight Hubspot integration in the Hubspot Apps Marketplace.

In that case you would be able to appeal your email suspension by submitting a ticket – but you should know that there is no guarantee that HubSpot will unlock it after their assessment.

Thanks, I read this article before. There's no answer to my question, though. It just says: 

You'll be notified about the suspension in a banner message in your email tool. After email sending is suspended, the email tool will remain locked.
