Marketing Contact Not Sent Email

SOLVE

Hello - A couple of contacts on a mailing list were not sent an email. They are all marked Marketing Contacts. They were also not on the list of "sent" and "not sent" under recipients. There are no unsubscribes, bounces, or spam reports for the email. There was no error message, about an issue sending. The contact requested these emails and contacted us when they weren't received. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you.

When contacts are not receiving your marketing emails, this article outlines some common problems to investigate. 

 

If a contact is not in the "sent" and not in the "not sent" that would indicate they are not on the list you have selected as recipients. Are you using any supression lists when sending emails?
