Mailchimp contact upload went straight to not sent

Hello,

 

We imported our Mailchimp list with CVS and when we sent the batch they all went straight to not sent, it pointed out: "Previously unsubscribed from all subscription types".

 

It is the first time we use the contacts so, how can this be?

Could you please check if you have GDPR settings on? More information here.

If the settings are on, your team needs to ensure that before sending the marketing email, they need to manage your contacts' subscriptions to send the email due to the GDPR.

There could also be a possibility the list was Imported as an opt-out list

I second this suggestion - check your GDPR/opt in settings and ensure when you do any imports you are including your consent/legal basis for contacting.
