Limitations with Datto SaaS Defence

Hi, We have issues sending newsletters from HubSpot due to our newly configured Datto Saas Defence. 

The email is being sent FROM my address from hubspot servers, which is ok as the SPF record has been updated. It expects that the return path would be to an the same email domain.  But the return address is a Hubspot email address.

Datto Saas Defence uses this to check that someone is not impersonating you, pretending to send an email from your address but when you reply, it goes back to their address instead.  Other email security systems would also do this. Not all companies will have email security that’s as advanced as this, but many most likely will and there will be more and more as time goes by, so better to have a solid solution now that can handle this.

Anyone else come across this issue before and had a solution suggested to them that worsk? Thanks
