Hi. I wanted to ask about the suspension, I was already reading and we already understood why we are suspend. We also already know that the only way to appeal is by going to a paid version and that does not guarantee that they will unlock it either. My question is the following, we are a very small company that had only been handling Excels files, the emails we have are legitimate from our clients, who obtained them person-to-person, only some were out of date and therefore the suspension. Is that source of contacts acceptable? Or what to present to show that this list is honest?
Contacts who have become a customer or made a purchase from your brand in the past 2 years do meet HubSpot's requirqments for opt in, as making a purchase from a brand is form of implied consent for marketing email. Please note that in order to be eligable for maketing emails in HubSpot, contacts must meet the other minimum requirements, including that they have been emailed by your brand in the 12 months.
We also reccomend using a 3rd party validation software like Kickbox to identify and remove invalid contacts from yor database.
