How to resend to previously bounced contact

Hello - 

I have contacts that have whitelisted my "send from" address with their IT department since my first email sends to them bounced.  However, when I resend, I get the error that it didn't send because it was previously bounced.  How can I make Hubspot resend to these previously bounced contacts?

If you can't unbounce an email address directly via the HubSpot UI, you'll basically need to engage HubSpot Support (either here or directly).

@aubreylputney are you a free or paid account?

If paid, I recommend creating a HubSpot ticket from the bottom right "Help" bubble. 

If free, then send the email from your actual email account rather than from the portal.
