How to remove "You need to take action on your email account" banner

Hello, 

 

I recently received the "You need to take action on your email" warning due to high bounce rates. I have done both actions needed - imported an op-out list and removed stale contacts. 

 

This mean I'm not suspended, right? Can I continue sending emails? When will that warning banner be removed?

Hey there! No- You're not suspended, however that banner will stick around for a while longer. As you send more emails (and fewer bounces occur) your bounce rate will drop, and once it dips below a certain point, the banner will disappear. The banner isn't checking to see if you've done the steps you've described- It only looks at the bounce rate over a recent period of email sends.

 

In short- You're all good, and the banner will disappear on its own, and you are free to continue sending out emails (as long as there isn't a further rise in bounces).
