How to handle year event newsletter and contacts

SOLVE

Hello,

we organize a scientific event each year, and we send a newsletter to our former participants (opt-in), the problem is that we have 4 months of activities and a break of 8 months, where many e-mails (~3-5%) are no more valid students finished, a new position, ... leading to a high hard bounce rate...

Usually, we remove those e-mails immediately after the first newsletter, but I'm wondering if there is not a better way to handle it.

Thanks

Hi @POCDx,

This can be solved with so-called email validation tools, some of which integrate with HubSpot directly. You can find them on the app marketplace, for example NeverBounce.

This would allow you to have a defined process which prevents bounces going forward, directly integrated into HubSpot.

Hope this helps!
