How to create this list
SOLVEHi, I sent the person below an e-mail which he didn't receive. I'm trying to create a list which consists people like him who I sent mail on Hubspot but didn't receive it to turn them into non-marketing contacts at the end of the month. The thing is when I'm trying to create the list, they don't show up with neither of the filters that I tried "Marketing emails delivered is equal to 0" and "Marketing emails bounced is greater than 0" How can I create this list, should I try another filter?

That depends on the reason why this email wasn´t send to the contact.
Can you go into the marketing email, look for the contact and check what reason is given for why it wasn´t sent?
It should be under the "not sent" section of the recipients tab in the email.
