As we use Exchange server ( multiple shared functional emails can be shared completely by team members )  with Outlook 365 Email client, I did not find Hubspot Email tool to be used with this combination. 

We can use some other Email client, but would hardly go away from Exhange.

Can someone please help us with info what/how to do it  as we are loosing important Email/CRM tool ?

Hi! @fvovk 

You can always use the Outlook Email addon/extension or rute the personal accounts through to a shared inbox

You can also connect these emails to the Conversations side on Service Hub and track these natively
