The signature should be inserted in the email draft during the writing process in the CRM as described here, it would work for the email sent from the CRM. External emails would have different signature settings. I would recommend deleting and inserting again the code. That’s great, it seems to be working fine when I write the e-mail from the CRM.
However, because of formatting preferences and just general ease of use (I’m very used to e-mailing through Outlook) I would rather try to set it up from within the Outlook app.
Can you offer any help on how to do that?
