Free Account Suspended

SOLVE

Hi, We had account suspended there was one email with high bounces, we removed the emails and then had another email with 29 bounces and now out account has been suspended? Can you Please help with having thids lifted as we had already cleared out the emails.

Hi @RedRoo,

 

For free CRM accounts the email tool will remain locked after sending is suspended. Only paid accounts (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can appeal the suspension. (More information here.)

 

While the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot.
