End individual email activity feed

Hi,

One sent email has used almost 25% of my 200 notifications this month.

How can I stop that recipient from sending further notifications?

That I understood, but what exactly is the notification about? 😄 I need to understand what notification exactly you're seeing so that we can troubleshoot where exactly it could be switched off.

Hi Karsten,

All I want to do is stop one specific contact from using up nearly all of my monthly email activity notifications.

That is all.

I am not receiving any other notifications or messages that I wish to stop or amend, all I want to do is stop receiving email notifications from this contact before they use all my monthly notifications.

Hopefully, you can help or direct me to achieve this.

Hi Karsten,

Under the Actions drop-down on this Contact Unfollow is grey and unselectable and when I hover the cursor over it this message appears.

Turn follow notifications on in Settings to start following this record.

Switch Notifications off then on again?!

I was referring to the overall email system notifications. Somtimes turning them off and on again is resetting some of the weird notification behavior.

Could you please share what notification specifically you're receiving/seeing? Not what you're seeing on the contact record when you're trying to unfollow – but notification that you want to stop.

Many thanks for your suggested solution.

Unfortunately, Unfollow is already selected and greyed out for that contact, and it would seem all my contacts.

Hubspot states the following:-

Turn follow notifications on in Settings to start following this record.

Have I set up my contact accounts incorrectly?

What notification is this specifically?

You could review your user notification settings, sometimes switching them all off and on again helps.

To turn off follow notifications for a specific contact, you can navigate to the record and click Actions, then select Unfollow in the card. There is a step by step instruction here.
