This week we have sent an email marketing campaign. 38 contacts, 35 delivered, 3 bounced, zero not sent. However of the 7 marked open, there are a couple which on further digging were actually not sent - see example below.
I am not here to debate whether those mails should have gone or not but they should be marked correctly as 'not sent' rather than ending up in the 'sent' and 'opened' categories as this distorts the metrics.
Does anyone have insight as to why this happens and if it can be remedied on our side?
