Emails going to spam while using custom verified domains with using Html text for body

Context:- We are using contact personalize property for out email body which contains a html body.

Questions:

1. I am sending emails using a custom Domain and emails are going to spam even though the domain is verified with DMARC, DKIM and SPF, Why?

2. When i am using hubspot custom Domain it truncates the From email and it looks like this Susan <susan=bammail.net@hubspotstarter.hs-send.com> and the email preview looks like this
susa...@...er.hs-send.com
Is there a way I can show just Susan.

Regarding your emails going to spam, even with a verified custom domain, it’s often due to factors like HTML-heavy content, spammy language, or email frequency, despite having DMARC, DKIM, and SPF in place. Simplifying your HTML, ensuring contact properties are correct, and reviewing email content for spam triggers can help.

As for the "From" email, HubSpot’s shared sending domain causes this. To display just "Susan" with your custom domain, you'll need to connect and authenticate your own email-sending domain in HubSpot settings.
