Emails Not being tracked from inside hubspot.

Hi,

When i send an email to a contact within hubspot there is not bcc created.  I clicked on the test contact name, then once inside the test contact profile i selected the email button and sent a test email.  A bcc was not created automatically, i sent it openned it.  The activity log for the contact shows the email as "sent" with a green dot next to it even though i opened the email several times.   Am i missing something?  I thought every email sent was tracked automatically.  Do I need to manually input a bcc when emailing 1-1 in this way?

Hi Jessica,

That doesn't seem to be the problem.   It says "none" in the blocked ip addresses field.  I re-tested.  Still no tracking.

Any other thoughts?
