I have a situation where I look at a contact and see the same email sent to them back to back. I have confirmed they are only on the list once so they should have only gotten 1 email. Is this at all related to the email 'reply' issues from a week or so ago?
Would you share some more details? A screenshot of the contact timeline (pixelating the name of the contact) would be helpful.
When you're on the contact timeline and you click on the email link of the two timeline entries, are they taking you to the same email asset – or to different ones?
