We have different lists to categorize our clients. Some clients are on more than one list. If we use those lists to send an email, do people who are on multiple lists receive multiple copies of the email? How do we make it so they only receive it once? Thank you!
HubSpot automatically deduplicates lists when sending regular emails. If a contact is on multiple recipient lists in an email send, they'll only receive the email once.
