Email verification bounced
SOLVE
Hello, My initial email verification bounced while the inbox was being set up. According to Hubspot:
"If the initial delivery attempt for an invitation email fails to be delivered, HubSpot will block the corresponding email address, and you will need tocontact HubSpot Supportto get help with manually unbouncing the address."
HubSpot support directs me here as I am a 'Free User'. I can access the account through a different user but I would like this email set up on the system. Would anyone be able to help? Thank you Sam
SOLVED - If it helps anyone with a similar verification problem:
- I reset my password on the new account in order to get access without verification. - I deleted the user to reset that email address from HubSpot's point of view. - I then set up the address as a new user with an invite to the team.

Hi Kristen,
Thank you for your help. The screenshot below is from within the account. There are three other users.
My Hub ID is Ginns Design Ltd - ***** (edited for privacy reasons)
User is - ******* (edited for privacy reasons)
I have tried to resend the verification email and confirmed that the account ***** has not received any HubSpot emails, they are not in junk or quarantine. It is my assumption that HubSpot blocked this email address while it was being set up and could not receive external emails.
