Email sent from a strange address

SOLVE

Hi all!

I have a problem with my emails;

although I have registered 2 personal email addresses when I send an email the sender address (my address) appears different and strange (see pic below) and the replies to that email get lost and are not delivered in my inbox.

Why is that?

Thanks a lot for your help

you're welcome @FCuffaro9 it could be because the domain is different, I'm not sure why it was working before and now it isn't - were you signed up for a marketing hub pro trial that could have expired?

Since it involves sensitive information best not shared in the community, it's probably easiest if we can connect on a quick call to check the configuration together.

You can send me a private message here in the community and we can get something setup to meet on zoom later this week.

@FCuffaro9 what type of emails are you sending in HubSpot? This is posted under Marketing emails, just confirming that's what you're sending since you mentioned connecting two personal emails. Have you configured your email sending domain?

Email sent from a strange address

SOLVE

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your quick reply.

I apologize if I posted my issue in the wrong section but I use the same email addresses both for 1to1 communication with my clients and for marketing needs.

Yes I did configure the email server and it used to work just fine up until a month ago when suddendly the strange address appeared and the delivery issue started.

The mail server I registered is in a different domain, could it be a problem; I don't understand because i have been using it for several months now without any problem...
