Email bounces error

SOLVE

Hello, 

 

I had an intern schedule a marketing email, they skipped the step of uploading 1,200~ bounces to be removed (we work in an ever changing industry, both companies and people), thus our account got flagged and is currently suspended. 

 

I have since uploaded the list, is it possible to review our account and allow for sending?

Hi @PRedmon,

 

For free CRM accounts the email tool will remain locked after sending is suspended, unfortunately. Only paid accounts (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can appeal the suspension: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/why-is-my-email-suspended

 

While the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot.
