Email blocked from sending

I created a template with a footer that includes all the essential contact info and an option to unsubscribe.  Then I created a Happy Thanksgiving email.  But, when I go to send it is preventing me on the grounds my email lacks the essential items in the footer, which all look to be there.

Hi @GSD1230,

Could you share a screenshot of the email and the error message? Usually, HubSpot will not let you send an email if one of the following is missing:

Physical mailing address of your business (Company Name, Company Street Address 1, City, State)

Manage preferences link or

Unsubscribe link
