Recently I upgraded from a free Hubspot Account to a starter pack. With that came the necessity to authenticate my email domain. I was able to have Hubspot log in to my squarespace domain and get the process going. However it still had not completed.
Becasue of this, the marketing emails that I send are not from me, they are from Hubspot and thus cannot be replied to.
I would like to know how to complete the authentication process.
Also, I did not have this problem with the free version, only when I upgrade to Hubspot.
Completing the domain authentication setup is pivotal to ensuring that your marketing emails use a sending domain. Until and unless marketing emails and any transactional emails sent via HubSpot that do not use a connected email-sending domain are subject to a variable domain managed by HubSpot. (The one being used in the example shared by you) To complete the setup, you’ll need to update three DNS record types in your DNS provider's settings:DKIM,SPF, andDMARC.

It sounds like the domain authentication process hasn’t been fully completed yet. Typically, this involves adding the DNS records provided by HubSpot into your Squarespace account. Even though HubSpot initiated the connection, you may need to manually confirm that the DNS records are correctly added in Squarespace.
