Dropbox Sign request bouncing

SOLVE

Hello community,

 

I am experiencing bounced requests for signature using Dropbox sign via HubSpot.

 

The email addresses are correct and strangely I have tested this on my own email address and it worked.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @DJG 

 

I would highly recommned jumping on a chat or call about this with HubSpot Support.

They have a lot of "under the hood" information why emails bouncing or if there are any bugs.
