Delivered emails not delivered to a specific domain
Hi team,
We noticed that a specific government domain, none of our clients were receiving the Hubspot emails even though all are listed as delivered.
They receive our normal sent emails via our G Suite domain.
The emails say 'delivered' with no bounce backs.
The emails are not in junk/spam at clients site.
We just signed up to the Starter pack to connect domain and get the emails sent from that account, and still the same result.
Our mx records are clean with no blocklist.
We know that the emails do come through as we sent it to a private @gmail.com domain and it came through fine. None of our other contacts, both private sector and other governments are affected. Just this specific domain is.
We have tried approaching the labyrinthian IT support but have not gotten anywhere useful.
Is there a way to stagger delivery of the emails between receipients? Is there something else we can try?
