We have 4 users with email addresses in Hubspot. We also have forms with workflows that will send a notification email to one of two specific email addresses depending on which form was submitted.
All notification emails go to the same person (Our Front Desk). BUT, when she replies, she needs to reply with the specific email address used to send the notification. Otherwise, the threads aren't tracked in HS.
Now, here's the problem... When replying to the form submission via HS Email, the "FROM" field shows all the email addresses instead of just the two she needs. When it gets busy, she sometimes makes a mistake and uses the wrong FROM field.
How do I remove the spurious one's she doesn't need? I cannot find a setting to do this. Thank you!
