You mentioned having to delete all the contacts one by one. Did you click into the contact records to do this?
Though you can't delete contacts from HubSpot via an automated workflow, you can use Active smart lists to make it easy to detect contacts who have bounced and then delete them in bulk from the list.
Here's a way you can identify hard bounced contacts and delete them in bulk:
1. Create a list of hard bounced contacts. You can do this automatically from the Marketing > Email page. On the left side menu, click More tools and choose Create a list of hard bounced contacts.
2. You can optionally use the Include the contacts that have globally bounced to detect any contacts in your database that hard bounced when other HubSpot customers tried to email them.
3. Navigate to your bounced list. Bulk select contacts in the list and click on the More menu. Select Delete.
Hopefully this helps so you don't need to delete contacts one by one.

At the moment there is not a way to bulk delete automatically contacts.
What could be possible to do is to add them to a list and bulk deleting that list manually, or create a task in a workflow to remind your team to bulk delete your contacts weekly/monthly.
I will be tagging some of our top contributors so they can share their thoughts on this subject too.
