Changing up email sender

lösung

Hi -
We typically send all our marketing emails from a generic business email (hello@lindywell.com). We'd like to start switching up the sender to be more personal and hopefully improve enagement. If we switch to sending from {name}@lindywell.com should we expect any deliverability issues. I am thinking no since it's the same domain and same email servers were sending from but wanted to ask and see if any deliverability experts could weigh in. Thanks!

Hi @JKElwell ,

Provided you're keeping the same domain this shouldn't impact your deliverability at all. Only thing to monitor is if you're also changing the "From Name" as well it may impact open rates as it may not be what people are used to. However, this may not necessarily be a negative change, just something to keep in mind.

Hope that helps!

Ben
