I can't send an email. I also can't crete an email. I see a small notice saying my account has been blocked. I don't see any emails stating my account would be blocked. I don't have an spam or lots of bounces in this account. What do I do?
Unfortunately, in free CRM accounts the email tool will remain locked after sending is suspended. Only paid accounts (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can appeal the suspension.
While the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot.
