Brand new contact in brand new account set as "Contact has bounced globally"
SOLVE
I just created a new hubspot account and I added my first contact which is my work address. As soon as I added it was flagged as "Contact has bounced globally" and I cannot send one-to-one emails to this account from hubspot.
Is there any way to fix this from Hubspot or from my side?
Is this by any change this related to DMARC settings with Hubspot?

I have the same behaviour. New contacts created with validated email addresses that Hubspot has immediately flagged as Global Bounces without an email being sent. And before anyone asks - this is a paid account.

Hello @tabubil , I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
Global bounces are contacts who have bounced with a permanent reason (such as unknown user or mailbox full) across three or more HubSpot accounts. They cannot be unbounced and are excluded from future email sends in all HubSpot accounts. Using a DMARC policy doesn't have any effect on that.
