Best tool for email enrichment in 2025?

SOLVE

Anyone here found a solid tool for email enrichment lately? Looking for something that’s actually accurate (not just marketing fluff), affordable, and doesn’t require a 6-month contract. Curious what’s working for you all.

Best tool for email enrichment in 2025?

SOLVE

Hey OP,

I’ve been through this rabbit hole recently. Tried a bunch of enrichment tools and here’s my honest take:

  • FullEnrich → Honestly the best bang for the buck I’ve used. They do this thing called waterfall enrichment (basically checking 20+ sources until they find a verified email). The match rates are noticeably higher (85%+ in my experience), and I’ve had way fewer bounces since they triple-verify emails. Also, it’s like $29/month and credits roll over, which is rare. Feels way more transparent than ZoomInfo/Apollo.
  • Apollo.io → Good if you want enrichment + outreach sequences in one tool. Data is decent but not amazing (I’d say 70–80% hit rate). Cheap compared to enterprise tools, though.
  • Cognism → If you’re selling into Europe, they’re solid. Very compliant and the phone number coverage is better than most. But it’s $$$ (think $15k+/year), so not worth it unless you’re a bigger org.

Others worth mentioning:

  • Lusha is fine for scrappy SDR prospecting, but coverage is limited.
  • Clearbit is basically tied to HubSpot now. Not flexible if you want to plug it into other workflows.

If you’re after accuracy without breaking the bank, I’d say start with FullEnrich. If you need sequencing bundled in, Apollo is fine. Cognism only if you’ve got budget + need EU data.

Curious if anyone else has found a hidden gem?

Hey @harrisonM - thanks for posting in the Community!

I'm curious - have you come across any tools in particular that you're already contemplating, or would like to know more about? Or are you generally asking if anyone knows of any tools they'd recommend? I'd love to see if we can answer any specific questions you may have about a list of tool(s) you may already have, experience, use cases, etc.
