We do marketing on behalf of members of our consortia. When a new member comes on board and we sync their client lists into Hubspot (usually between 1K-100K records), we want to validate those emails before we send our first email campaign to those clients. I have found a number of partners in the HS app marketplace but none (so far that could be automated in a workflow such that: new member onboards, client list syncs to our Hubspot CRM, we identify the client list has not yet received marketing from us and is added to suppression list, list automatically gets sent to email validation, email validation runs, contact record gets marked with status (hard bounce), client record is removed from suppression list, our email marketing runs with or without new client record based on validation status. Has anyone set up such an automated workflow with any Hubspot partners and what's been your level of success with this? Is there any more cost effective way to do this?
