Hi everyone, I'm new to hubspot and am having problems sending one to one emails from my connected inbox which is via Apple Mail. Some one-to-one emails sent successfully but others keep bouncing even though the email are to subscribers. Doe anyone know if this is an Apple Mail problem or a strict email security filter? Emails direct from my Apple mail work perfectly ....but not via hubspot account. Any ideas as to what the problem is and how to fix it? Thank you 🙂

You can find here more information regarding the recording of bounces from one to one emails that are sent through your connected inbox. When a 1:1 email bounces, it is usually related to a strict security filter on the recipient's end or another issue such as a full mailbox.
Did you check your inbox for a bounceback email with the full bounce response? The bounceback email should be able to provide context on why the email bounced. Feel free to share the bounce error with us here so we can assist with next steps 🙂
