All colleagues are blocked for receiving emails and viewing published content

SOLVE

My organisation is having problems with two things:

1. Emails sent to colleagues are quarantined and then blocked by our Microsoft email server

2. Any colleague working from on office location and thus connected to our network is not able to see any published page (blog articles, landing pages, etc)

We have done all the connections with DNS and email sending domain and that appears to be fine.

How can we fix our problem?

Hi @MHuijsmans,

When you're saying "that hasn't resolved the matter", that means that you would have to review this again with your IT team. It's unfortunately not something that can be fixed within HubSpot.

Here are again the steps for troubleshooting I shared earlier and which you can take to your IT: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/contacts-not-receiving-your-marketing-emails

Our IT department has followed the trace. The emails arrive at the mailbox of colleagues but are immediately quarantined and a bit later blocked. Microsoft has look at the email and it was considered as clean, but it is still not working.
The second issue of colleagues connected to our global network not able to see any published page is also still a mystery. Anybody ideas?

Hey @MHuijsmans,

These problems both sound like your IT company has very strict cyber security. The spam filter sensitivity will be controlled by your mail provider (typically your IT support company, or at least controlled by them,) and the inability to view your web pages will be controlled by your IT provider again on the firewall.

I hope this helps!

Hi @MHuijsmans,

Are you referring to marketing emails? HubSpot has troubleshooting steps specifically for this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/contacts-not-receiving-your-marketing-emails

If you're referring to HubSpot notifications, there are also specific steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails

Best regards!
