Abandoned Cart Email Automation

Dear community, I am quite new in HubSpot, so please forgive if the question is too stupid. Could you advise how to update the Abandoned Cart Automation in HubSpot so it is only sent 2 times to the same email. Could it be somewhere in Unenrollment and suppression?

 

For now it looks like this:

Dear Community and @Bryantworks in particular,

 

I still cannot solve this. Trying your way with properties, however cannot manage to add the property that will be as a count. Tryed to add also a new property in a deal, bit it also doesn't seem to work.

Abandoned Cart Email Automation

Hey @KateL, you could have a workflow action to increase the value of a property by 1 everytime they enroll in this workflow:

Then one of your enrollment criteria could be, "X property is not greater than 1" meaning that once that number hits 2, this workflow would no longer enroll them.
