1-1 emails & Meeting booking confirmation emails not being delivered
SOLVE
Hi!
Need some help; none of my hubspot emails are being delivered. I am receiving back an error message from my email service provider. See error message below. Last week I changed from google to microsoft for my email provider, I assume this has broken the linkage between hubspot and my emails. I have tried disconnecting emails and reconnecting a few times but nothing is working. I can see in my domain that I set up a CNAME record for hubspot back with the google mailbox, I assume maybe I need to update this now that I changed providers but I cant figure out where to get this information from to update?
Anything else that I could be doing wrong? Bit pointless having a CRM that cant send emails! So any help would be greatly appreciated.

it seems like your email deliverability issue stems from changing your email provider in HubSpot. Here's a quick rundown to fix it: Verify domain settings: Update the CNAME record for HubSpot in your domain settings. Check email configuration in HubSpot: Ensure SMTP settings reflect your new provider (Microsoft). Review SPF and DKIM records: Make sure they include Microsoft's email servers. Test email delivery: Send test emails to verify if the issue persists. Contact HubSpot support if problems persist. They can offer personalized assistance.
