Project Charters are a great way for students to organize their thoughts when working with teams and assign accountability. It gives both a high-level and granual look at scope, goals, objectives, and individual tasks. Consider assigning students completion of Project Charters next time you have them work on a group project. It's a great way to develop their soft skills.
@jgueron This is an interesting concept. Is anyone else using it? I've been using a version of SCRUM/agile. I'd love to see how others manage digital projects in the classroom.
