Could anyone provide advice related to helping students on an issue that Sales Software certificate work has been done, but students are stuck at the end where they can't move forward to finalize the work?

Hi @All Thanks so much for the screenshot. I confirmed with the Academy team that the student can edit an existing template and send it to a contact record to receive credit here (instead of creating a new template) Let me know if you have any other questions 😊
