This week at HubSpot we kicked off our Systems Usability Score survey; this goes out to all HubSpotters who have a login to our internal business systems as an opportunity to give feedback to improve the way in which we work. 

At your company, how do you measure how the success, failure or ROI of the systems you use in your operating system? Do you have a process set up, or have you thought about implementing one? What questions or best practices can we all share on this topic?
